Resort Equity Marketing promises big results and delivers nothing but a $500.00 fee. If you do not call within a 90 day time frame there is additional costs to have them market the property again because they,"Assume the property has been sold" If the property had been sold would they not know since they were hired to do so? If any one is willing to for.k out $500.00 for nothing, please write or send the check to me, I'll tell you straight....I'll take the money and give you nothing in return. REM does the same only under the veil of not being a thief
