I listed and sold, but in the interim I knew enough to make payments...

I listed my property, and sold after 120 days. While it was for sale I continued payments, why would the other "angry consumer" blame the company for being sued? Aren't you intelligent enough to continue to make your payments per your contract? Why would you blame anyone else because of your own financial irresponsibility? Why not just blame the resort for selling it to you? After I listed it took about two months before I started to get offers, granted I didn't like them all, but I was patient and got very close to what I wanted. They were upfront with me, and I read my contract thoroughly, so I knew I had to call in to keep it current. Yes, it can be a pain, but since it's neccessary, we did it, and it finally paid off!

THANK GOD i didn't cancel because i got the first of several offers since being with them for over six months now. i am not sure what happened to the rest of you but these guys saved my butt for sure cause i was gonna have to let my westgate property go. have patience and virtue will follow.

that is such an easy question to answer. a timeshare is not conventional real estate. also for proof of that. if u own it free and clear. try to take a home equity loan out on it. you cant!!

How do we (who are checking this company out before deciding) know you are not working for REM? I find it kind of weird that you would have to pay a fee just to list a property. Real Estate agents don't charge a fee for listing a property. They get their $ after the sale. I don't buy it! (Pun intended!)
